Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns policy

For Healthy, Safety and Hygiene regulations we are unable exchange or return Millionaire Beauty products unless they are faulty. To make the process easier please provide photographs or a video demonstrating the issue with your product. 

Cancelling Orders

Due to the large volume of emails and orders received by the warehouse and customer service team we will not always be able to cancel an order in time to prevent the product being shipped. If we are able to cancel the order before this is with the warehouse team we will issue a full refund but once processed you will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation as the product will already have been shipped. 

Changing Orders

As with cancellations if we are able to intercept your order before it reaches the warehouse we will endeavour to make requested changes but once it has been processed in the warehouse you will not be able to make changes.

Exchanging Orders

We accept no returns or exchanges due to Healthy, Safety and Hygiene.
