Shipping policy

Packages typically ship from within the UK within 1-2 days of us receiving your order. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. Most orders are received the next day but we cannot guarantee this. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class Signed for. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. We currently only ship within the UK.

Please note that delays may be expected during busy periods, including Black Friday, Xmas and Boxing Day sales.

Orders up to £49.99 delivery is charged at £4.99 for orders of £50 or above deliver is free 

Delivery was attempted, what will happen next?

After delivery attempts, please use your tracking number to arrange collection or re-delivery. If this is not completed, your package will either be returned to us or disposed of and additional shipping costs will apply for re-delivery.

I ordered on Friday, when will I receive my order?

We currently do not offer express Saturday delivery. All orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Do you guarantee next day delivery?

During busy periods, we cannot guarantee next day delivery. 

I put the wrong address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your address, our shipping team will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. 

I have not received my order!

Order emails contain a Royal Mail tracking code to trace your order and find if they have attempted to deliver your parcel or if it's on the way.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at hello@millioanirebeauty.co.uk. Please include your order number, and some photos of the damage product/s is required. Please note that if you haven’t got in touch with us regarding a damaged item within 30 days of receiving your order, the resolution period has expired and we can no longer help. We only accept responsibility for damages occurred during transit, and we are not responsible for damages caused by the customer once in their possession.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. Please check your junk/spam folder.
